This 40s lucite brooch is definitely a statement piece.  Clear lucite triangle with carved lines at the top.  The front has a pinkish-purplish lucite roundel with rhinestones.  The shape and size have the appearance of the pocket flap when worn.  Very interesting!

  CONDITION:  Overall very good.  The brooch shows light, normal wear.   There are a few light surface scratches on the lucite (see photos).  We also replaced a corroded clasp.
